MBS-4614 fixed the lists being sorted by English names, but they are still sorted by the English alphabet, which is problematic for languages that have more letters (like German, French, Estonian, ...).

E.g. for Estonian (where š should sort after s, and z after š), the list currently goes:

Or for German (where umlauts should sort like their base-letter, or base-letter + e):
