Accessing user profile tabs with private data yields a bare 403 Forbidden page

      Let's take a privacy oriented user.
      Here are the tabs ( public private) :

      no bug displays a nice message and you can go on navigate (it could be better )
      bug is always the same you have an I AM ERROR kind of message and navigation has vanished (no more user tabs)
