Attempting to view private subscriptions returns a generic 403 error. This is unexpected and seems wrong since we display a clickable link. e.g. http://beta.musicbrainz.org/user/rama_3

I see two options:
1) Show the error page and specifically state that the user's subscriptions are private
2) Don't display the subscription link if the user's marked them as private
