Allow subscribing to edit searches

      Originally mentioned in MBS-1228.

      Not all things people want to subscribe to can be handled by simply subscribing to an entity. For example, you might want to subscribe to all "remove" edits. Or maybe you want to subscribe to only the "add release" edits for Bach. Or perhaps a particular user's "add cover art" edits.

      Right now, the only option is to bookmark the search and remember to check it regularly, something which I often forget to do, so being able to subscribe to them would be nice.

          +12 here ! I maye be interested in subscribing to all edits on my added releases without having to add them all to a collection — which would have had probably sufficed if i had been able to do this from the start.

          I still keep my vote here for this good idea.
