In preferences page :

Automatically subscribe me to artists I create.

Automatically subscribe me to releases I create. ← new

Automatically subscribe me to labels I create.

Automatically subscribe me to series I create.

In release page's sidebar (similarly to existing subscribable entity pages) :

Subscriptions ← new

(Un)Subscribe ← new

Subscribers ← new
