Can't make unrelated edits on a release with a discID on a non-discID format medium

      This release has been released as is in 4 countries (HK, SG, TW, MY).

      When I try to add the three missing ones and click Edit Note tab, I get this error

      This medium already has disc IDs so you may only change the format to a format that can have disc IDs

      which is both wrong (STYLE-131), unrelated and blocking me from enhancing this release.
