Allow DiscID on VCD

      In short : I can't set this media format to VCD.

      I have a pre-NGS Video CD (VCD) release (this release medium didn't exist then) with my Disc ID attached.

      Ths Disc ID is correct.

      Now that we can select VCD medium in NGS, I tried it but got the following error.
      « This medium already has disc IDs so you may only change the format to a format that can have disc IDs »

      VCD has TOC, I think this blocking should be removed.
