Relationship editor should have error messages as feedback for failures

      When dealing with errors like that in http://forums.musicbrainz.org/viewtopic.php?pid=22346 there is no feedback of what actually went wrong. A red squiggle highlights the relationships in error (good!) but I'd kind of expect to be able to hover on the underlined text and see a tooltip error message or something on-hover to tell me what the error was.

      If you have no feedback, you don't know whether the problem is fixable...
