This is pretty minor.

Add an invalid relationship to a recording for two different artists (e.g. "mastered by X", "mastered by Y" at time of writing). When submission fails, it seems to only underline the final relationship, rather than both of them.

When you remove the underlined relationship the other one becomes underlined.
