When an edit page is submitted with changes only to the external links (as opposed to the "core" form or the other relationships), the edit is created, but the user is redirected back to the edit form which says that nothing has changed. (Only true for those entities that don't redirect to the main page for no-ops; e.g. you will see this behaviour for recordings, but not for artists.)
