I edited a release group to link wikipedia.
I paste the URL then pressed ENTER key once.
It stayed on edit page and said two contradictory things on two header banner same screen :

• The data you have submitted does not make any changes to the data already present.
• Thank you, your edit (#28019162) has been entered into the edit queue for peer review.
