      How to reproduce:

      1. Go here: http://musicbrainz.org/release-group/2f962a91-ca33-364f-9765-6a81f3993e1a
      2. Click "Add release"
      3. Click "Next"
      4. Click the radio button next to the 6-CD release
      5. Click "Next" 2 times
      6. Write something in the Edit Note and click "Enter edit"
      7. The new release contains no tracks

      Here's an example of the end result (notice that discs 1-6 are missing):
