Steps to reproduce:

• Go to release group https://musicbrainz.org/release-group/d7f61808-205c-4973-aaf1-57d5793195d6
• Click on "Add release"
• Click on "Next" to get to the Release Duplicates Tab
• Select the release with the many many disks (about 170) as a basis for the newly created release
• Click on "Next" to get to the Tracklist tab
• Unfold "Medium 7" and then click on "Next" to get to the Recordings tab
• Click on "Next" again to get to the Edit Note tab

Seen behavior: The summary on the edit note page shows that only Medium 7 will be added to the release. If one had submitted the new release (not included in steps to reproduce above), one would get a release with only one medium, viz medium 7.

Expected behavior: All mediums are displayed on the edit note tab, and when adding the release, all mediums are included in the release.
