now that i'm used to being able to edit release annotation in release edit page, it is not rare that i'm surprised to not find the annotation in the other entities edit pages (i then hit back and look for the edit annotation link).

for instance, as i need to move info from annotations to work attributes, it would come handy in the same edit page like in releases.
