Move annotation editing to the edit pages

      If we implement it something like suggested in MBS-6598, we could move annotation editing to the main edit page for all entities. This would reduce the number of links/pages for editing an entity, would make it clearer that you can edit the annotation (MBS-1921) since it would be shown when editing the rest of the entity and would make it easier to edit multiple things at the same time.
