Right now you can subscribe directly to artists and labels and the emails that are sent will tell you about each individual artist/label. You can subscribe to releases and events by putting them in a collection and subscribing to the collection, but then the email will only tell you about the total number of changes in the collection, not about the individual entities in the collection.
I think it would be nice to either always include a collection summary and details for each item in the collection, so that it behaves like artist/label subscriptions, or to add an option to choose whether you want just a summary or also a detailed report. If we add an option, I think it would make sense to have it as a collection-level option.
