Add "Romanized" to locale choices for Aliases

      Many artists, labels & albums who's names are in a non-Latin script also have an official Romanized version of their name written in Latin script. I was thinking that for these cases setting the locale for the direct transliteration into Latin script should be "Romanized" for aliases which are essentially transliterations.

          There's already a ticket (or more) asking for scripts for aliases - I imagine this is kinda duplicating that?
