I want to enter an area, e.g. on the edit-artist page or the relationship editor.
I enter a name, e.g. "Springfield" and after a short time I get a dropdown list of matching areas with their complete path.

I chose one from the dropdown list, e.g. "Springfield, Illinois, United States".
The dropdown list disappears and the input field shows just the name, in this case "Springfield".
On the right to this input field the name is shown a second time, again in this case "Springfield".

It is unclear now, which Springfield is selected.
Please show the complete path of the selected area, either in the input field or on the right next to it.
