As of now, if you copy a Wikidata link from the sidebar on a Wikipedia page, it will have the extra text string "Special:EntityPage/" attached to it (full URL: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:EntityPage/Q9294214; following the link will take you to the pared-down original URL). This disrupts autoselect and produces an "incorrectly formatted" error message unless the aforementioned text string is manually removed.
