When adding a new wikipedia link we should replace it on the fly by the wikidata equivalent if it exists (and add a message to explain why)

I would also suggest to add a behavior of my "create artist from wikidata" script: if a new wikidata link contains an existing mbid info, warn the editor (avoid an editor creating a new artist for somebody existing already in MB, or entering a wrong url by mistake).
