It would be neat if we had the ability to create collections that anyone could edit and add to.
This could be useful for a whole host of things from "favourite albums of 2014" type blogs to community projects like https://community.metabrainz.org/t/community-cleanup-suggestion-womens-composer-database/358595

A possible name is "community collection" (s opposed to public/private) such collection would be by its nature public.
