1. Goto artist Hjort-Anders Olsson whose Alias "Hjort Anders" is not set as primary alias, but should be.

2. Add Locale: Swedish. Box 'primary alias' appears, so check it.

3. Enter edit. 

Expected result: "Hjort Anders" = primary alias for Locale Swedish

Result: Edit rejected because "The data you have submitted does not make any changes to the data already present."
