Stop redirecting tag search to direct search

      Tags can be searched normally with SOLR, but we're still redirecting tag search to direct search only: https://github.com/metabrainz/musicbrainz-server/blob/master/lib/MusicBrainz/Server/Controller/Search.pm#L50 - this probably doesn't make sense anymore and we should change it.
