bitmap: I converted this file a couple years ago, but I don't think we ended up using it for release index and whatnot. Should we add a ticket to consolidate those things? Also, should I close this as fixed now, or only when we stop using tracklist.tt anywhere?

root/medium/tracklist.tt isn't used by the release public pages, so I don't believe this is strictly a dependency of MBS-9921. However, when converting things we may want to consolidate the components such that medium display is shared across the release index and other CDTOC/edit details pages that currently use root/medium/tracklist.tt.
