Some plugins can't be installed

      Just installed Picard 2.0.4 today. I tried to install every plugin there is in the Plugins menu but 3 of the plugins wouldn't work. The affected plugins are: BPM Analyzer, Last.fm and Last.fm.Plus. I can see them in the plugins directory on my hard drive, but Picard still shows the "Install" button instead of "Installed" so they can't be activated. Is this a known issue? Attaching a screenshot, thanks for the fix!
