"Open in Player" currently plays the file in the default media player. However, the default media player is not always the most appropriate for the current use case, for example you might prefer to open in a player that runs in the background rather than a player hiding Picard.

That's why it would be nice to be able to select another player to open the selected file with (through submenu) and to open files in general (through option).
