Tested by me on Windows 10 only.
When trying to add files to Picard that exceed a certain lenght of filepath, those files will not be loaded.
But Picard will not let the user know that these files were not loaded.
It would be good if Picard could notify the user in some manner when this happens so the user knows he should take other actions if he wants those files processed.
The same is true when trying to load unsupported file types; Picard will silently ignore those too.

edit, at first it looked like there was nothing in the error log, but I was wrong. The error log for each refused track looks like this:
E: 19:29:27,426 formats.open_:87: Error occurred:
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'E:\\Audio\\Classical
