Don't show a green checkbox if tags identical but file would be moved/renamed

      Under some circumstances, the green checkmark will show, despite changes needing to be saved.

      This mostly applies when the file would be moved or saved but no tags will change

      To fix this would require evaluating the prospective file name/path for each matched file and comparing to its current one. It'd also require re-evaluating this for every file if you changed the options.
