Allow user to configure the Album MBID and Recording MBID fields used by Picard when the "Ignore MBIDs when loading new files" option is disabled

      Users remap MBID tag fields for various reasons.  Like in PICARD-2319, there should be the ability to define which field is used by Picard to automatically load a release or standalone recording once a file is dragged into the left pane.
