From a quick survey of the last couple dozen albums I've tagged, about half didn't have track times attached. It would be time consuming to add them by hand, but for Picard it should be easy to do.

I propose another button next to the "Submit PUIDs" that submits track times for tracks that don't have one already in the database.

(Another nice feature would be better usage of discIDs: when submitting a discID, Picard should check if the track times match it or any of the other discids already on the release; if not, it should offer to update the times itself.)

This presumably depends on being able to submit edits via the webservice.
