Logging relative path broken on Windows with Python 3.13

      On Windows showing only relative paths for plugin logs is broken. The full path is shown with some strange mix of forward and backward slashes:

      Expected would be something like this:

          A fix is available as part of https://github.com/metabrainz/picard/pull/2564
