Currently in Picard when one drags a recording around one sees the begining of the file path (e.g. `file:///MyHD/...`). This isn't very useful information, since the beginning of the file path is the same for every file. Instead the drag display should show just the whole file name. This will provide more context to users trying to ensure they are moving the correct file around (especially when the file in question has tags that don't match the filename).
