Picard has a lot of different options, and new users are likely to get lost in them and not find what it can or can not do (the example which made me enter the ticket is in https://musicbrainz.org/edit/34183860). It would be nice to have some kind of wizard or dialog that, on the first time running Picard, would help the user to configure the options however they want. Zas mentioned it could also be useful to help set up AcoustID, which is otherwise kinda hidden as well.
