Language attribute on (translated) liner notes relationship

      Exactly what it says on the tin. Often in (classical) booklets you will have the liner-notes text translated into German/French/English/etc.
      Being able to set which language text is being translated into would be rather useful

      Also: being able to set what language a linernote is written in in general might also well be as useful.

      Eventually this will need MBS, but STYLE for now.
