Allow indicating the language(s) of a release's liner notes

      We should have a way (probably a release attribute) to indicate what language(s) a release has liner notes in. This is particularly useful for classical music, where a release might have very long notes in more than one language, but I suspect it's also useful in some popular music cases, like anthologies and the like.
