Add "art gallery" URL relationship

      A lot of artists on MB provide illustration and design on releases. But there isn't a good way to indicate what URLs are for their galleries. So I propose an "art gallery" relationship type for artists and URLs.

      The two sites that crop up the most here are deviantART and pixiv.
