Most hotels in MusicBrainz are currently using the (music) venue place type, which is clearly not accurate because they are not "A place that has live artistic performances as one of its primary functions, such as a concert hall."

Some of these hotels double as convention centers, but that's not always the case.  Given how frequently the "Venue" place type is misused for them, it seems like hotels are popular enough that a more obvious place type should exist for them.
