Add "Cover" or "Arrangement" to secondary release group types. This would be for releases where the artists are primarily performing works that are composed by artists not affiliated with the performers.

I'm not sure as to the preferred term, so I'm bringing up both arrangement and cover as possible terms (or "arrangement/cover").
