The early implementation of the system to allow changing edit notes only displays the latest version of an edit note and the reason for the change if any.

This system can be abused by making significant modifications to an edit note whereas it is intended for minor modifications only, abuse which admins cannot detect at the moment. It can also be used to mask offensive comments, which is good but prevents admins from getting the full picture when a user is reported for bad behavior.

It could be implemented with:

• A link for admins only to see the changing history for each (changed) edit note;
• A link for admins only to see the edit note changing history for each user account.
