Data loss - IDEOGRAPHIC SPACE now always converted to normal space

      U+3000 IDEOGRAPHIC SPACE is used (at least) in japanese texts (it's part of CJK symbols and punctuation basic multilingual Unicode plane, so it's potentially also for C hinese and K orean).

      It was allowed in MB before but it is now replaced by spaces without notice (nor RFC that I've heard of yet) when we try to add it or when we touch anything around.

      Ex.#1 鳩の血　神の庭 (where I can't edit the tracklist to be same as recording name, as on cover).
      Ex.#2 つめたい風が吹くたびに　君のぬくもりを知る couldn't be set in both tracklist and recording as on cover.
      Ex.#3 tracklists that can't be edited without loosing them 新　吸血姫　美夕　西洋神魔編　ドラマアルバム③ / 新　吸血姫　美夕　西洋神魔編　サオウンドトラックアルバム / 吸血姫　美夕 as on covers.
