https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Introduction_to_Voting doesn't mention anything about the 48 minimum voting period for destructive edits introduced with MBS-8234 or the 72 hours open time after the first cast "No" vote introduced with MBS-3663.

I'm not sure it would be a good idea to update the flowchart to include this criteria (it might make it unnecessarily complex), but a note like "Note: Certain edits ("destructive" ones) will always stay open for a minimum of 48 hours regardless of the amount of votes on them." and "Note: An edit will always stay open for 72 hours after the first cast 'No' vote, even if this will cause the edit to stay open for more than a week." could be good.
