ID3v2.3 file with lyrics shown as changed when reloaded

      ubuntu 20.04

      When loading an already tagged folder I got a red star on an album and a green rectangle on a file.

      Saving it made the star disappear and turned the rectangle into a tick mark.

      Removing the album and reloading it made the red star and green rectangle appear again.

      Root cause seems to be that there is a ; in the lyrics  metadata tag; that was to be replaced with a /.  However when writing back this was not done.

      I'm using the default picard settings so saving in ID3v2 version 2.3.
      I saw a similar issue with Comment fields.

      I suspect this is related to the join separator or maybe these fields are not updated when saving.
