As discussed in ~~PICARD-535~~, Picard should be enhanced to provide much better Lyrics support as follows:

Full lyrics tag support for loading / saving all formats
Lyrics lookup plugins along the same lines as Cover Art
Lyrics options page - which plugins, which order, language preferences
Ability to display lyrics for a track
Ability to edit lyrics for a track, including time-stamps
Ability to display lyrics in real-time when track is playing
Loading/saving from/to LRC files and moving/renaming those files alongside the audio file
