extend 'Named after' relationships to more (if not all) entity pairs

      we've already got a few such relationships, like Artist-Artist and Artist-Release Group, but I feel we should extend these relationships to more entity pairs, and perhaps make it reversible too? as an artist can be named after a release group, but a release group can be named after an artist just as well
