Once we can add aliases to genres, we should actually use them for something useful too: the system should be able to understand that "hiphop" being an alias for "hip hop" means stuff tagged with "hiphop" should also be counted as having the "hip hop" genre.
This requires figuring out how to present this to the user to make it clear that their vote for "hip hop" is actually "hiphop", and what to do when the same user has tagged something "hip hop" and "hiphop" since we don't want aliases to become a way for users to get to vote on a genre more than once.
