Improved Genre / Mood

      As discussed in PICARD-535, tags that support AI generated track choices (genre, mood, BPM) are becoming more important. Picard should be enhanced to provide improved support of these as follows:

      1. Genre retrieval plugin structure along same lines as cover art
      2. Enhanced genre options page
      3. Improved genre analysis to simplify to core genre list along lines of lastFMplus perhaps
      4. Simplify the whole genre / mood / bpm options for the user - currently multiple plugins, multiple options pages, external executables etc.
