Please either allow user to choose the maximum dimensions for embed cover art or set it 500px to everyone (currently largest supported thumbnail size). Right now Picard saves maximum resolution cover art to tags (with "embed cover images into tags" option selected). As the image can be quite large (up to 25MB, as I understand), it can make the audio file containg the image multiple times larger.
